(a) Electromagnetic induction : The process by which a change in magnetic field in a conductor
induces a current in another conductor. 

(b) (i) There is deflection in galvanorneter connected with coils, due to induced current.
(ii) Deflection becomes zero.
(iii)Deflection in galvanometer is in opposite direction. 
(i) E.M. induction takes place because field is changing.
(ii) Since current becomes stationary, no change in field takes place. So no EM induction.

(iii) E.M. induction takes place but induced current is in opposite direction.
